Independence Day is right around the corner, and that means that it’s time to start thinking about how to turn the colors of our flag into something sweet to eat.
The classic flag cake is always a good option, but there’s a lot more you can do with those three colors in the kitchen. For one, you can make flag brownies instead of cake (adding chocolate is always a good idea). Or consider making some very patriotic pies, cookies and other desserts.
