Tara Stiles is the founder of Strala Yoga. She's also a model and yoga activist. She became popular through her weekly YouTube segment "Yoga for…" with Tara Stiles. Her videos have received millions of views and are linked across thousands of websites and blogs. Tara's presence online, in magazines, and on TV has introduced a fun, approachable, new generation of yoga. When she's not teaching or making yoga videos, Tara also works as a model (mostly yoga-related assignments these days). She has been featured in magazines including W, Marie Claire, Glamour, CITY, Paper, Self, Shape, Women's Health, and Men's Health, as well as ads for Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Target, and Athleta. Tara also contributes a weekly column to Rodale's iYogaLife, and created a video series titled "Yoga Emergency" for Men's Health.
