The taste I couldn't live without: A great burger, any of the custom house-made ones we grill at NOtaBLE over the wood fire
Hidden talents: I have a strong sense of intuition
If my kitchen could talk, it would say: There is an amazing team working here who love what they do
Latest splurge: An Electra "RatRod" cruiser bike complete with flames and red rims
Last place I travelled: Lyon, France for the Bocuse d'Or 2013 and London England on the way home
Best thing about London: Walking the Borough Market and tasting cheese at Neil's Yard Dairy
In life, what is most important to me is: Following my own path, just trusting where it takes me
