
There's a morning routine for many of us who work regular shifts: Wake up. Fumble through shower and getting dressed. Make coffee. Breathe sigh of relief.
Sixty-five per cent of North Americans say they drink at least one cup of coffee per day. And despite the growth of the coffee shop industry on seemingly every corner, the average number of cups per day has actually remained flat since 1999. Two to four cups per day is considered a safe amount to consume -- but not everyone follows that rule.
In this infographic, created by Ryoko Iwata of I Love Coffee, based on the annual survey by Dunkin' Donuts and CareerBuilder.com, it seems that certain jobs are more likely to take in pots and pots of coffee per day.
