Coronavirus Fears Have Canadians Stockpiling Essential Items

People are flocking to stores like Costco to prepare for an outbreak.

Some Canadians are going the extra mile to ensure they’re fully prepared in the event of a widespread coronavirus outbreak.

As of Monday afternoon, there were 27 reported COVID-19 cases in Canada, including 18 in Ontario.

There have been big crowds at stores like Costco as people load up on water, food and everyday items such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies as the virus invades North America.
