Well this is just bizarre.
After Bruce Jenner's brave and emotional interview with Diane Sawyer on Friday, in which he revealed he is transitioning to live as a woman, iconic fashion designer Diane Von Furstenberg took to Instagram to show her support.
But she did so in an unconventional way.
She posted an image with the caption, "Bruce Jenner … you are the woman you wanted to be! I salute your strength, courage and honesty. By speaking out, you have spoken for so many who suffer … Love Diane."
Here's the weird part: the image was a Photoshopped picture of Jenner's head on Diane's body, which is dressed in one of the designer's iconic wrap dresses.
The original image is from DVF's famous 1974 campaign, in which the tagline reads "Feel like a woman, wear a dress."
The other bizarre thing? Kim and Kendall were tagged (and note, Kendall's name was spelled wrong).
Naturally, comments began flooding in, calling the post "downright offensive" and it was promptly taken down.
Von Furstenberg declined to comment on why she posted the photo, or if it was even meant to go live. Instead, she provided the following statement to Access Hollywood: "I admire Bruce Jenner’s strength, courage and honesty and have so much respect for him using his voice to speak for people who have none. I wish him nothing but a lifetime of happiness."
