SpaceX Successfully Lands Falcon 9 For The Third Time

Whoa.

SpaceX’s Falcon 9 just stuck its third landing in a row — and this time, it brought us along for the ride.

The rocket, which had a camera strapped to its exterior, launched to deliver the THAICOM 8 satellite into orbit on Friday evening. It later touched back down on SpaceX’s drone ship “Of Course I Still Love You” at Port Canaveral, Fla.

The trip was originally scheduled for Thursday, but was postponed because of a “tiny glitch.”

Check out a sped-up video of the landing from an angle you definitely haven’t seen before.
