'Fifty Shades Of Grey' Movie Mansion Part Of Vancouver Heritage House Tour

Take A Tour Of Christian Grey's House

How would you like a tour of Christian Grey's house?

Casa Mia, the gorgeous historic Vancouver mansion is featured in the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie, and now you can catch a glimpse of what it's like inside on the next Vancouver Heritage House Tour.

The home, known for its Spanish Colonial Revival architecture, will be open for viewing during the Vancouver Heritage Foundation's tour on June 1. It was built in 1932 for brewery baron George C. Reifel. (Also on the tour is a B.C. Mills Kit House from 1906.)

Inside Casa Mia you'll find a gold leaf covered ballroom, a gold swan faucet, a central staircase still with its original woodwork — and a hand-painted nursery done by Disney artists.

The distinctive house is currently under application to be turned into a seniors' care complex.
