Indeed Labs' Peptalash: Can The Serum Make Eyelashes Appear Longer?

Can This Serum Make Lashes Appear Longer And Fuller?
Peptalash

At some point, we've all purchased something whose results were, er, questionable, and didn't live up to our expectations or deliver the results we were so boldly promised. But no more! For the sake of you and your hard-earned money, The Huffington Post Canada Style team is putting the latest products to the test every week.

Testing Period: Daily for one month

Tested By: Sarah Kelsey, Editor, Style

Price: $24.99

What It Is: A lash serum that's said to make lashes appear longer and thicker in two weeks.

How To: Use Peptalash's wand to apply this special serum to your upper eyelashes (morning and night), starting from the inner corner of your eye.

What We Thought: Indeed Labs claims this product will make your lashes look Marilyn Monroe-worthy in just two weeks. (In clinical studies, lash length increased by as much as 43 per cent and diameter by 40 per cent -- almost three times the volume.) All you need to do is sweep what amounts to clear liquid eyeliner on your lash lid twice a day.

Sounds a little too good to be true, right? Well, this is one product where you can believe the hype. Not only did Peptalash work, it enhanced the look of our lashes after only a couple days of use (far sooner than the guaranteed two-week timeframe).

The Downfalls: There are none. This product is one of the least expensive ways to enhance your lashes. It doesn't smell, it's easy to apply and our eyes were never irritated while using it.

Tips: Apply the serum before mascara instead of after (this keeps the mascara looking its neatest).

Final Remarks: Swing by Shoppers Drug Mart on your way home and grab this product.
