Justin Bieber And His Glorious Locks Cover Billboard Magazine

The Bieber fever is real right now.

Love him or hate him, there's no denying Justin Bieber is everywhere right now.

With his fourth studio album, "Purpose," dropping on Nov. 13th, the 21-year-old Canadian singer is doing his fair share of press -- magazine covers and interviews included.

Now, Bieber (and his glorious locks) are covering the Nov. 14th issue of Billboard magazine, in a feature called the "Rebirth of Justin Bieber." Photographed by Zoey Grossman, the cover pic features the "Sorry" singer with a somewhat somber appearance as he gazes into the camera, arm tattoos in full view.

The accompanying editorial inside the magazine shows more moody pics of the Biebs, including one where he lifts his grey tank to reveal his abs and his Calvins.

Inside the magazine, Bieber opens up on everything from those nude paparazzi shots to his current feelings on ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez. But perhaps the most interesting (and surprising) part of the interview were his thoughts on 18-year-old reality TV star, Kylie Jenner.

"I want people to be more kind to young celebrities. Like Kylie," he says. "Look at her world: She has been living on TV since she was a kid. Every time she's looking around she sees a camera, and that's affecting how she's thinking and how she's perceiving people and why she has to do certain things ... Situations that happen taint your mind, especially in this industry. Especially for girls."

Watch the video above for a behind-the-scenes look at the shoot and head to Billboard's website for the full interview and spread.
