Lotus Birth Risks: Experts Discuss Whether Or Not This Practice Is Safe

Lotus birth, which is leaving the umbilical cord attached to the placenta until the cord falls away from the baby's navel, is an option some au naturel mothers opt for during the birthing process.

And while many moms assert this may be a better option than cutting the cord at birth, some experts aren't exactly convinced.
