Mark Zuckerberg is one proud papa! On Tuesday, the Facebook founder posted a sweet snap to the social media site of himself lying next to his baby girl Max.
Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan announced the arrival of their daughter earlier this month. Along with her birth announcement, the couple also revealed that they would be giving away 99 per cent of their Facebook shares to charity throughout their lifetime.
“We will do our part to make this happen, not only because we love you, but also because we have a moral responsibility to all children in the next generation,” the couple wrote in an open letter to their daughter.
Max is the couple’s first child. When he announced Priscilla's pregnancy, Zuckerberg revealed that they had been trying “for a couple of years and have had three miscarriages along the way.”
Now that Max is finally here, the 31-year-old dad will take two months of paternity leave, although Facebook now offers all employees up to four months paid parental leave.
