Depression is a big issue among teens. In fact, according to the Canadian Mental Health Association, 3.2 million Canadian youth ages 12 to 19 years old are at risk for developing the mental illness.

While we should be aware of signs of depression in our teens, we should also know how to tell when they are mentally healthy.
