P.K. Subban is cutting away one of his remaining ties to Montreal.
The Norris Trophy-winning defenceman has placed his stunning condo up for sale for $1.4 million, after he was traded from the Canadiens to the Nashville Predators in June.
The unit, located in a building at 1227 Rue Sherbrooke Ouest in the city's downtown, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a half-bathroom, is being listed by Sotheby's International Realty.
Subban's condo is about 1,900 sq. ft. in size, and is located in a building that was constructed in 1925.
It has stained hardwood floors, marble bathrooms, and a kitchen that comes with a breakfast bar.
But buying it comes with a few conditions.
Anyone who purchases the unit must be approved by a board of directors; they also have to pay a fee for the transfer of shares.
The condo is, however, gorgeous living for anyone who can afford it.
