The cast of "Pretty Little Liars" took a break from hunting down A to attend the 2016 People's Choice Awards on Wednesday evening, rocking everything from stunning gowns to flawless makeup. Ashley Benson, Shay Mitchell, Troian Bellisario and Lucy Hale proved to be the stars of the show in an array of black (and white) gowns. And besides dominating the fashion scene, the Rosewood besties took home the award for "Favourite Cable TV Drama."
For the occasion, Lucy Hale channelled her inner royal Victorian in a romantic black getup from brand, Self-Portrait. The dress, showing off an incredible amount of lace work, featured a plunging neckline that scandalously tied up. To accessorize the look, the actress wore classic Brian Atwood black pumps and donned a Lee Savage clutch.
As for her hair, the 26-year-old Tennessee native rocked a 'do by celeb hairstylist Kristin Ess who described the actress' hairstyle as a "Short bob in a super-textured-romantic-Victorian-inspired-braidy-updo." To finish off the ensemble, Lucy sported a deep red lip and subtle red smoky eye.
Ashley Benson kept things simple in a long-sleeve Philip Plein dress with embellished shoulders and a open back. She rocked the look with a pair of strappy, ankle-hugging Nicholas Kirkwood heels.
The 26-year-old, who was recently told she was "too fat" for a role at size 2, shut down the haters with her stunning nude makeup look consisting of bronzed cheeks and a glossy pink lip. As for her centre-parted low ponytail? Flawless.
Canadian beauty Shay Mitchell brought total glam to the awards with her black halter gown from Haney. The standout dress, which featured a thigh-high slit enclosed by metal pieces, was the perfect frock to show off the 28-year-old's strong legs. And we can't get over the dress' stunning low-back, which fabulously allowed Mitchell to flaunt her slick locks.
And if there was an award for best lashes of the evening, the Mississauga, Ont.-born actress would have taken home top prize. Mitchell's skin also won the night with her on-point highlighting and shimmering eyeshadow.
And lastly, Troian Bellisario stood out from her co-stars looking regal in a white and blue patterned floor-length Caterina Gatta dress with a belted detail.
After her recent Icelandic getaway, the 30-year-old looked fresh faced with blushed cheeks and a simple red lip that she brought to the forefront with her parted hairstyle.
These girls simply looked A-mazing!
