A new royal family photo has been released by Kensington Palace just in time for Christmas!
The photo, which appeared on Twitter, features Kate and William with their children George and Charlotte in a casual, outdoor pose. There's even a toy train and what looks like a baby shoe at their feet.

This family shot was released on Friday, not even a month after we caught a glimpse of the first photos of Charlotte. The candid shots were taken by her mom, no less!
The fact that Charlotte is wearing the same outfit in both photos suggests they were taken the same day.
Casual photos also seem to be the theme for the Royals Christmas cards this year. The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall also released a lovely photo this week.
