It's officially a new month (and the last month of summer, sorry to remind you), which means we're all about starting and hopefully sticking to a new routine. If it's your exercise habits that need improving, we may have a solution for you.

Personal trainer JoZie DiMaria of Rock Hard Fit Body has come up with an easy and budget-friendly (and by this we mean weight and equipment-free) workout routine you can start right away.

"If you don't have the time to make it to the gym, there is plenty you can do on your own, be it outdoors or in your home," she says.

With this routine, we suggest starting off with two to three sets of six to eight, and moving up towards four sets of 10. If you're up for the challenge, pick up some weights and do cardio (either running or using the row machine) before or after your routine.

And while this is no miracle routine that will get you instant abs or toned arms, it's a great way to get your body conditioned to a regular routine. We suggest repeating this (without weights) three to five days a week.

DiMaria shares how to do each exercise and its benefits in the slideshow below.
