Black Bolt was deemed "the single most destructive superhero."

As it pertains to fitness, I've always found action and superhero movies to be very inspiring. The transformations that these actors go through to successfully play their roles is absolutely amazing. There is nothing more inspiring than the super-human abilities of our favourite superheroes.

You would think, wouldn't you, that after six years of personal development, therapy, spirituality and general soul-searching, that I would know myself pretty well by now. But it turns out that while sometimes you find yourself through meditation, there other moments when you realize who you are by watching your favourite TV show.

I am not by any means condoning Josh Duggar's behaviour. His actions have been reprehensible. What I am doing is pointing out an all too familiar calling card that has been handed out time and time again by the same backwards religious fanatics that America calls its own. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have failed utterly as parents by refraining from doing one thing: protecting their children.
