a healthy skincare routine can extend far beyond the cosmetics and skin care products you choose to put on your face. What you put into your body, and what you are exposed to in your environment can make a huge difference, too.
Eating a diet packed with nourishing foods has endless benefits, increased mood and energy, decreased risk of chronic disease, and weight management to name a few. Lucky for us, the benefits don't stop there. The foods we eat can have a huge impact on helping us feel great from the inside out.
The minute the temperature drops, my skin protests with dullness, uneven tone and ugh, breakouts. To battle the baddies, I adopt a salubrious routine that ensures my face looks its best whether it's January or July with the help of these all-star products.
It is not just age-related decay, or cellular damage from too much sun exposure, but also our diet that affects how our skin looks. The skin is the body's largest organ, and as all other parts, it must constantly be nourished.
