how to exercise

Time to end that summer slump.
Our bodies are designed to move in order to keep us alive and cover our basic needs for survival. Food, shelter, clothing, and warmth. All of those things used to require you to move, and be active. So imagine why it's so difficult to burn enough calories in 30 minutes three times a week in order to stay healthy.
The workout is simple, it's total body, it will get the blood flowing and will give you the resistance you need to build muscle, and add bone density. It's a great workout, it's not the only one out there. Other trainers will have their two cents based on what they like to do.
Who wants to feel constrained as well as deprived of what they love? My advice, flip your mindset, try and find the positive! Instead of "I can't eat cake," think "how great it is that I can eat these delicious berries?" Instead of, "I don't want to go for a run" think, "how great it is that I can run."
What is the best way to get fit? Try something new, and get your friends involved. It is built in adherence, and motivation. There is no replacing having someone waiting for you, or asking "what did you eat today?" Get solid information from trusted sources and start working it in to your routine.
