This edition includes a workout format, helpful tips for eating out, a mindfulness trick for improved posture, and a life mantra that has profoundly improved my daily existence.
Cardio is hard-io but oh so important. And not for the reasons you might think. In fact, when most people think about cardio they think weight loss but it's time to change that mindset -- weight loss is a nice side effect but it's not the main reason for you to break a sweat.

Through helping people, including myself, rehab numerous often avoidable running injuries, I have learned better. You have to be strong to run injury-free. Running is hard on the body. Experience has taught me the wisdom of the words -- don't use running as a way to get in shape: get in shape to run.
