As a country that already has the advantage of two official languages, will it be able to seize all the opportunities available?
Vacations are fabulous opportunities to immerse ourselves in new cultures and experiences. However, with more than 4,000 languages spoken around the world, communication remains a constant barrier for those who are not multilingual.
Learning a new language can be inspiring, frustrating, infuriating and sometimes downright embarrassing. But there are many good reasons to learn a new language. The more languages we know, the more people we can communicate with. It adds depth to our creativity. Best of all, it helps build overall self-confidence.
