mental health awareness month
The social media platform is helping break the stigma around mental health.
In keeping with Mental Health Awareness Month, here are a few simple tips to keep your mind in tip-top-shape.
While we spend the first week of May celebrating and raising awareness around Mental Health, we are failing to highlight our abysmal record on providing treatment and resources to those who suffer from serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe depression and other illnesses. Mental illness is not something you can prevent by eating right and exercising.
