recreational cannabis

Canada's recreational market promises to be worth billions of dollars annually if it proves to be anywhere near as successful as in Colorado, which has a population seven times smaller than Canada's 35 million. Last year, legal recreational sales in Colorado almost topped one billion U.S. dollars.
In terms of medical treatment, tobacco use also costs Canada's health care system an estimated $4.4 billion per year. In comparison, studies of cannabis use have not shown any increased susceptibility to physical illness or premature death.
