Robert Mueller
During the final presidential debate, Donald Trump made the false claim that special counsel Robert Mueller's team looked at his finances.
The former special counsel made the revelation during a U.S. House testimony.
"A president cannot be charged with a federal crime while he is in office," the former FBI director says.
"We did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President's conduct," the report states.
"There was in fact no collusion," he claims.
Congress is demanding access to Mueller’s full report.
Special counsel Robert Mueller has finished his investigation into the Trump campaign and Russian interference in the 2016 election.
Manafort "knew the law, and he violated it anyway," according to prosecutors.
Cohen said he worked “at the direction of a candidate for federal office,” implicating the president.
Paul Manafort was in federal court in D.C. to be arraigned on a new charge.
