Sir, please bring the entire education system under the umbrella of one ministry. Appoint a person who understands the complications of education to head the ministry. Unfortunately, the current incumbent is least qualified, though well intended. Let health, law, technical education, agriculture and vocational education etc. be departments within the HRD ministry. Let professional councils set the standards and test the students at the graduating stage, the way it is done globally.
