The consensus came days after a fresh confrontation between the armies of the two countries in eastern Ladakh on Monday
This week, India banned 47 Chinese apps, which were clones of the ones banned earlier, and is reportedly examining 275 more Chinese apps.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in a meeting with political opposition leaders on Friday that no one “has intruded into our territory, nor taken over any post.”
China has been slowly increasing its troop level in the Dokalam Plateau which could further escalate the current situation.
Rahul Gandhi further said that the centralisation of power is another issue which India needs to deal with.
The need to make efforts to enhance and strengthen the mutual trust between the two sides.
India and China on Monday ended their 73-day standoff in Doklam by withdrawing their troops from the area.
"India's words are in complete contradiction to its deeds in terms of border issues."
The Indian military declined to comment on the incident.
