Aaron Gottlieb

Aaron Gottlieb is an Assistant Professor at the Jane Addams College of Social Work, University of Illinois at Chicago. He holds a PhD in Sociology and Social Policy with a specialization in Demography from Princeton University, an M.S. in Social Welfare Policy from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Public Affairs and Political Science from Syracuse University. Aaron's primary research interests include crime and punishment, poverty and inequality, social policy, and the family. His research has been published in Children and Youth Services Review, Crime & Delinquency, Journal of Marriage and Family, and Social Service Review.
