Aaron Shapiro is CEO of Huge, where he helps some of the world’s largest companies reimagine how they interact with their customers and manage their businesses in the digital economy. Since 2005, Aaron has driven the firm's growth from a small startup into a full-service experience agency with 14 offices around the world. A regular writer and public speaker on the impact of technology on business and the economy, Aaron is the author of Users, Not Customers and a regular contributor to publications including McKinsey Quarterly, Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Adweek, The Economist, and Forbes. Aaron was included as one of New York’s leading tech influencers in Crain’s New York Business’ "40 Under 40" list and has been recognized by the New York Observer as one of the most important people working in the rapidly growing Brooklyn tech industry. Prior to Huge, Aaron spent more than a decade as a technology entrepreneur, venture capitalist and management consultant. He was co-founder and CEO of Silverpop, a leading email marketing company acquired by IBM. Aaron received an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Harvard University. He lives in New York with his wife and three young children.
