Adam Dodge is Legal Director at Laura's House, a nonprofit committed to ending the silence of domestic violence
Adam Dodge, legal director at Laura’s House, provides support and education to victims of intimate partner violence who are seeking information, guidance and assistance with the restraining order process and related legal issues. He oversees the nonprofit's legal department which serves 1,000+ women, men and children annually in need of domestic violence restraining order protection, advocacy and related services.
In 2016, Dodge helped to expand the Laura's House legal program to reach victims countywide. The expansion addresses an unmet need for domestic violence legal advocacy services in Orange County, Calif. by ensuring victims are prepared for, and not alone, at their restraining order hearings.
Laura’s House, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to change the social beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that perpetuate abuse, offers legal services – in addition to emergency shelter, counseling and community resources – in English and Spanish to victims of domestic violence and elder abuse.
