Adam Lipsius is an award-winning movie and commercial director. 16-LOVE, the first feature he produced and directed, is being distributed in the United States by Gravitas Ventures & Viva Entertainment and internationally by Entertainment One. It's 12-city day-and-date U.S. theatrical launch on January 20th, 2012 has resulted in over 100,000 "in theater now" VOD rentals in just three months, making it the most successful release in Gravitas Ventures' history to-date. Additionally, 16-LOVE is a #1 Sports Download on iTunes (April 27-May 14, 2012) and a Lodgenet Hotels acquisition in the United States and Canada.


Adam is currently directing Truth Be Told, a documentary about false confessions with Emmy and Edward R. Murrow winning producer Lindsey Gutterman and developing projects in the Teen, Family, Thriller and Horror genres with various partners including Sean Covel (a producer of Napoleon Dynamite). His Making of '16-LOVE' half-hour behind-the-scenes featurette has been running on Tennis Channel, and Generations, a documentary about family businesses in Colorado premiered on Rocky Mountain PBS on January 8th, 2012.


An alumnus of Dartmouth College and USC Graduate School of Cinema-Television where three of his student shorts played festivals around the world, Adam lives in Denver, CO with his wife and kids.
