Adam has been working for over 15 years with software companies large and small in a wide variety of domains. After working on intellectual property licensing at the Microsoft Research Lab in Cambridge, UK, Adam joined Pivotal Labs in 2007, where he became their first Director of Mobile. He built their mobile development practice, trained and mentored technical leaders from web and widely adopted mobile services companies, and provided technical leadership to Pivotal's largest clients. Among those, he was particularly instrumental in steering Case Commons to success. He has served as CTO of DaisyBill, Principal for Orchard, and is currently the founder of Groundwork, a software consulting firm with a focus on mentoring junior software developers.
