Adam Moser, whose specialties are environmental energy law and policy in the United States and China, is a China Environment Fellow and Energy Law Fellow at Vermont Law School’s U.S.-China Partnership for Environmental Law. He has a JD degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a master of laws degree in environmental law and energy law from Vermont Law School.
