ADRIAN McKERRACHER is a writer and illustrator from Quadra Island, BC, Canada. His fiction has been published in The New Quarterly, Hart House Review, and Puritan Magazine. His research on how people learn from metaphors has been published in the Creativity Research Journal, the Canadian Review of Art Education, and the Journal of International Dialogues on Education. His visual work includes commissions, picture books, and illustrations for socially conscious projects. He has worked or studied in Sierra Leone, Uganda, Bosnia, Cuba, Argentina, and Chile. He has a PhD from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and is a Visiting Post-Doctoral Fellow at Teachers College, Columbia University in New York. email@example.com
