Student, Smith College
Alanna, a sophomore at Smith College, hails from Southern Connecticut. She is currently in the process of self-designing a Linguistics major towards a future career in Speech-Language Pathology. She’s also a member of the women’s varsity soccer team, and a former competitive golfer. This summer she spent her time observing speech therapists at her local hospital and serving frozen yogurt to small children. At Smith, she is a sports writer for her school newspaper, The Sophian, and a member of the Athletic Association. Lastly, her favorite pastime is binge watching her favorite classic movies, “Caddyshack” and “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off,” while annoying everyone by simultaneously quoting every line by heart.
