Centro Mexicano de Derecho Ambiental (CEMDA)
Alejandro Olivera is with the Mexican environmental group Centro Mexicano de Derecho Ambiental (CEMDA). He majored in marine biology at the State University of Baja California Sur, where he later earned a master’s degree on use, management and preservation of natural resources and also served as a researcher-professor. Alejandro formerly worked with Greenpeace and played a key role in leading the successful campaign to protect Cabo Pulmo.
