Alice Korngold, President & CEO, Korngold Consulting LLC, is the author of "A Better World, Inc.: How Companies Profit by Solving Global Problems...Where Governments Cannot" (Palgrave Macmillan 2014) and "Leveraging Good Will: Strengthening Nonprofits by Engaging Businesses" (Jossey Bass, A Wiley Imprint 2005). Korngold provides strategy advisory services to multinational corporations, professional services firms and NGO/nonprofit organizations, with a focus on board governance, sustainability/CSR, measurement and accountability, and corporate-NGO/nonprofit partnerships. She facilitates leadership retreats for business executives and boards of directors seeking to create aspirational goals and concrete plans to maximize organizational success. Korngold is featured at conferences and also guest lectures at graduate business and law schools worldwide. Prior to establishing her consulting firm in New York City in 2005, Korngold founded and built two highly successful and financially self-sustaining social enterprises. She has an M.S.Ed. in psychological services and a B.A. in history from the University of Pennsylvania.
