Alicia Bonner Ness is the CEO of Heptagon Productions and a leading expert in holistic brand management and integrated, mission-driven marketing. Her approach has helped countless organizations solidify their mission and achieve their vision with purpose. An experienced producer, editor, designer, and strategist, she uses the magic of words and experience to bring brand initiatives to life for audiences and stakeholders around the world. In 2016, Alicia served the Florida Democratic Party and the Hillary Clinton campaign as a Field Organizer in Pompano Beach, FL. Prior to starting her own company, Alicia produced the inaugural TEDxTysons event, and designed and directed the launch of a new brand and an integrated marketing department at PYXERA Global, where she helped Fortune 100 companies expand the influence, visibility, and efficacy of their social impact programs. Her strategic vision and production expertise led to the successful launch of the Global Engagement Forum, a signature live and online community that seeks to foster tri-sector partnerships to advance the Sustainable Development Goals. Alicia has worked with global brands that include the UN Foundation, IBM, SAP, PepsiCo, the Dow Chemical Company, Intel, among other global nonprofits and Fortune 100 Companies. Alicia is a LuMA Institute certified Human-Centered Design practitioner. She holds a BA in Political Science from Barnard College and an MS in Applied Economics from the Johns Hopkins University.
