Alishia Osborn

I am self-taught photography and Photoshop enthusiast who initially came into the photography blog realm a little backwards. I first fell in love with Photoshop and the ability to create and manipulate photos. Using just my point and shoot I began to delve more and more into Photoshop and coincidentally more into photography and the inner workings of a camera. As my passion slowly turned into obsession I started a photo blog and upgraded to a Nikon D90, my first and current DSLR.
Over time I have found that though I love the act of taking photos, I feel more at home in the creative editing element. I like taking a photo and really making it speak. A picture is worth a thousand words, but what about a thousand more? That's what excites me. Don't get me wrong, I am a mom of three girls so I spend most of my time shooting my kids, and while I certainly enjoy capturing their life via a lens, I love a good out of the box edit too!
