Alison DeNisco

Alison DeNisco is a journalist, currently pursuing her master’s degree at the Columbia School of Journalism in New York City. She graduated from Providence College in 2011 with a degree in English and psychology, and a minor in political science. Her work has appeared in Psychology Today, the Queens Chronicle, and the Queens Tribune, as well as on StarringNYC.com and Nerve.com. Alison previously wrote for the Arts & Entertainment section of the Providence College student newspaper The Cowl, and was an editor of the international literary journal The Alembic. She is interested in popular culture, psychology, and health.
