She also advises clients with respect to legal compliance matters, including claim substantiation, false and misleading advertising, copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights, sweepstakes and contests, social media terms and conditions, DMCA protection, network clearance, endorsements/testimonials, and telemarketing.
Alison’s practice also involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of agreements, including those with respect to agency-client services talent/spokespersons, sponsorships/events, web development, blogger/brand ambassadors, production, promotions, rebates/coupons, and mobile marketing partnerships, as well as music, photography and technology license agreements.
