Dr. Alon Gratch is a clinical psychologist, organizational consultant and the author of three books, including the international bestseller If Men Could Talk, which was translated into twenty-five languages, and more recently, The Israeli Mind: How The Israeli National Character Shapes Our World. He has been on the faculty of Columbia University and has presented his work at Harvard and Columbia medical schools. He has authored numerous articles and chapters in both academic and popular publications.
