Alyssa Palazzo is a 2013 graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in English. She was the College of Liberal Arts and Science’s 2013 Outstanding Woman Scholar and the editor-in-chief of UConn’s literary and arts magazine, the Long River Review. She currently works at a publishing house in New York City.
