Amanda Kraus is the founder and executive director of Row New York, a New York City based non-profit organization that provides competitive rowing and academic support for girls—empowering them to achieve excellence both on the water and off.
Amanda received a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where she was also captain of the women’s crew team. She went on to receive a master’s degree in education from Harvard University.
