Asmaa is a Palestinian from Gaza who is currently living in Washington DC on a one-year fellowship with Atlas Corps exploring technology and its impact of access to education for displaced populations. She worked as a Researcher and Business Development Specialist addressing economic empowerment of marginalized people and areas of economic recovery in the Gaza Strip through Oxfam, and UNDP projects. She is a Global Shaper in Gaza Hub and a co-founder of “Pal Initiatives of Change”. Asmaa completed her Master’s degree in Management and Human Resources from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
