Amy K. Dacey

Since January 2014, Amy K. Dacey has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Democratic National Committee (DNC). Prior to joining the DNC, Amy worked as the Executive Director of EMILY’s List. Amy came to EMILY’s List from the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). From 2005-2006, Amy held the position of National Political Director at Keeping America’s Promise, then-Senator Kerry’s national leadership PAC, after working on his presidential campaign in the capacity of Traveling Political Director. Amy also worked at both the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee as the Deputy Political Director for the 2002 and 2000 election cycles, respectively.
