An Xiao Mina looks at the impact of new communications technologies, especially mobile and social media, as the digital and analog continue to augment and alter the way we live. She has shown her work in art spaces internationally, including the Brooklyn Museum, Yale/Haskins Laboratories, the Pacific Asia Museum and has been featured in numerous publications, including The New York Times, The Guardian, ArtNEWS and Art in America. Having worked on the curatorial team for the 2011 Gwangju Design Biennale, An Xiao splits her time between Hong Kong/Shenzhen, Berlin and Boston, where she continues her research.
