Ana Garcia is best known as an Emmy award-winning TV journalist and host.

Ana is nationally recognized as a hard-hitting journalist with amazing skills at interviewing people in all sorts of tough circumstances.

Her unique storytelling style has earned Ana 8 Emmy's, 10 Golden Mikes, and she's been named TV Journalist of the Year a record 5 times by the Los Angeles Press Club.

While at KNBC-TV from 2000-2013, she anchored the 6pm News and launched the hugely popular Get Garcia Get Results consumer franchise.

Ana’s also been featured as a special correspondent on the hit TV series Kitchen Nightmares with Chef Gordon Ramsay.

Ana hosts a weekly podcast available on ITunes, and is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post.

Ana sits on the board of directors of the Good News Foundation, a nonprofit founded in 2006 by the TV news women of Los Angeles to give back to the community they cover. The Good News Foundation has built 18 computer labs at nonprofits benefiting children.

Ana is also on the president’s advisory council for The Fulfillment Fund and on the board of The Mannequins, an auxiliary of the Assistance League of Los Angeles.

Ana's a graduate of St. John's University in New York where she studied communications.

She lives in Los Angeles.
