Executive Chef, Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club

As executive chef at Innisbrook, as well as Food and Beverage Director, Halston oversees all of the resort’s restaurants and its banquet operation. He has been instrumental in the development of a new steakhouse dining concept at Packard’s, and the healthy and organic fare served at the new Market Salamander Grille. A former executive chef with Champps Restaurants and Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Halston has been named a Chef of the Year by both Restaurant Business and Chef Magazine. He has contributed regularly as an NBC guest chef, including an appearance on the Today Show, and served as the personal chef for former Russian President Mikhail Gorbachev during his U.S. Tour. He has also cooked for Queen Elizabeth II of England and 3 U.S. Presidents.
