Andrea Ghoorah Sieminski lives in San Francisco’s Mission District with her husband, daughter and dog. Prior to becoming a stay at home mom, she practiced corporate law for major law firms as well as a Bay Area start-up company.

In October of 2012, she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer known as Triple Negative. Her treatment plan included a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction and 6 months of chemotherapy.

Prior to her cancer diagnosis, Andrea struggled for years to have a baby, enduring countless fertility treatments. At the beginning of 2015, Andrea gave birth to her daughter and she continues to be NED (no evidence of disease).
